Delivery Information
LED Lighting deliveries
All our orders for LED lighting placed via our online shop are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders received on after 12pm Friday will be processed on Monday. All days stated are working days.
All orders received between Monday and Friday 11am are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed except for bespoke sized items which will require additional manufacturing time, normally 2 days.
Our LED lighting products are delivered to your door by courier (FedEx, EVRi, InPost or by the Post Office. If your order has not reached you within three working days (unless you are using our 3-5 day service) of placing your order please contact us at onlinesales@edenillumination.com.
Please note all orders must be placed by 11am. for our next working day delivery service. No deliveries will be delivered on a Saturday

Our Couriers
Due to the different way our couriers handle the packages you may receive packages at different times. We will try our best to limit this.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Borders, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles may take up to two days more after being dispatched to arrive.
Our prefered UK mainland Courier is InPost & FedEx. However we sometimes use EVRi or the Post Office.
Orders for Delivery Outside Mainland U.K.
For all orders outside of the U.K. please contact us for a price before ordering. Deliveries will be sent via FedEx, DHL Express or UPS
