Any product ordered can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if in full resalable condition

After 14 days the following applies: 

Returns

Full refunds are only available for faulty items or incorrect items which have been sent in error by Eden illumination. We will refund postage based on a Recorded Delivery for faulty items and incorrectly delivered items only.

Items ordered incorrectly or are found to be unwanted by the customer can be returned for a credit note only providing the packaging has not been opened and is good as new i.e. the condition it left our warehouse. We will not refund any postage costs. See our terms and conditions prior to processing a return.

Faulty Products

We will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund (excluding postage) if the fault is found within 14 days. We will either offer you an exchange, credit or repair of the LED lighting product if the fault occurred within five years of purchase (includes original paid postage).

We test all our products upon their return. If no fault is found we will arrange for the product to be returned to you. We will also return the item to you if there is evidence of misuse, neglect or normal wear-age.

Non-Faulty Products

In order for us to rectify any problems with incorrect quantities or wrong items, Eden illumination shall have no liability to you unless you contact us within seven days of receipt of delivery. If we are notified of a problem under this condition, Eden illumination's only obligation will be to correct any shortage, mis-pick or non-delivery.

Damaged Products

If we are notified within 14 days of delivery that the items have been damaged in transit we will arrange replacement LED lighting products to be sent out to you once we have received the damaged items. If the damaged items are reported after 14 days we will not be able to supply a refund of any type.

A surcharge of 15% will apply to any product returned to us for a refund if the original packaging is missing.
